SCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESSES

Starting Secondary School

For applications to start Y7 in September 2024, the online admissions system will be available from 12 September 2023 until 31 October 2023 for children born between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2013.

The online system is now closed for this process. If you need to submit a late application, please email secondaryadmissions@bradford.gov.uk for further advice.

To view your child's Y7 allocation on 1 March, please log in to your account, click on 'apply for a school place' , go to the relevant child's tile and then click on 'View offer'.

Starting Primary School

For applications to start Reception in September 2024, the online admissions system will be available from 13 November 2023 until 15 January 2024 for children born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020.

The online system is now closed for this process. If you need to submit a late application, please email primaryadmissions@bradford.gov.uk for further advice.

To view your child's Reception allocation on 16 April, please log in to your account, click on 'apply for a school place', go to the relevant child's tile and then click on 'View offer'.

In Year Applications

Applications via the online system will be possible for all year groups from late June 2024. Please contact schooladmissions@bradford.gov.uk if you require further advice about this process. However you must contact us via the primary or secondary email addresses if you wish to make an application to start Reception or Y7 in September 2024.
